STEP 1: Design Selections

Meet with our Design and Customer Care Concierge to make your design selections

Rough-in & Appliances

Start with options and appliances that affect installations behind the drywall

Structural Design

Select pre-determined available options that add character to your base home design such as coffered or vaulted ceilings

Kitchen Design

Start with the base kitchen design and add personal touches with extra pantry storage, banks of drawers, roll-out shelves or statement hardware

Colours & Finishes

Make it your own with selections in various flooring types, fixtures, trim, doors, hardware and paint

Paperwork
Sign-off

When you are satisfied and comfortable with your selections, it’s time to set them in motion

STEP 2: ORIENTATION

A structural walk-thru of your new home during the building process

STEP 3: Pre-Delivery Appointment

See the finishes you’ve selected, note any deficiencies and learn about important maintenance and mechanical functions in your home

STEP 4: Prep for Closing

Courtesy notification regarding closing related items such as setting up your mailbox, utilities and final lawyer’s appointment

STEP 5: Closing

Pickup your key and sign-off that your home has been built to satisfaction

STEP 6: Warranty FOllow-Up

Courtesy notification for you 30-day and 1-year warranty dates to ensure your exceptional new home experience

STEP 7: Ongoing Care

Enjoy ongoing comprehensive customer service and warranty backed by HCRA’s 1, 2 and 7 year coverage

Homebuyer Portal

After you purchase a home with us, you will receive your Homebuyer login which will provide you online access to all of your purchasing and design related documents and construction process updates. You will also be able to manage any future warranty or service related requests from this dashboard.
